The issue of what to do about keeping information safe while online is still a major problem, especially for college students.

She loves you, but she will never send a picture to you. ” This is according to Dr. Faisal Abdullah, the chair of the Department of Management Information Systems within the Lewis University of the College of Business. “Every semester I have students who tell me, ‘I have a virus on my computer. What do I do?’” Abdullah said.
I am very pleased to share with you that the National Security Agency (NSA) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) have designated Lewis University as a National Center of Academic Excellence in Information Systems Security Education for the academic years 2011-2016. This is a very impressive designation. Other schools with centers of academic excellence include Carnegie Mellon University, John Hopkins University, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and Illinois Institute of Technology.
I would like to share with you that the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) has granted accreditation to all existing programs offered by the College of Business and the Graduate School of Management at Lewis University.
